Description
Venum Kontact hand wraps are made from elastic cotton and fasten with hook-and-loop tabs. This is the blue pair, with each wrap measuring 2.5 m.
When a shorter wrap is useful
Some hands and wrapping methods need less material than a 4.5 m wrap provides. A shorter pair can reduce the amount left over at the wrist, but the right length depends on the layers and pattern your coach teaches.
Try the finished wrap inside your boxing glove. It should lie flat across the palm and allow you to open and close your hand comfortably. Stretch in the fabric makes it easy to pull too tightly, so keep an even, comfortable tension as you wrap.
Washing and storage
The listing describes these wraps as machine washable; follow the care label for the wash settings. Fasten the tabs and use a laundry bag to reduce tangling, then unroll the wraps fully to dry before storing them.
See our hand wrap guide for help comparing lengths and slip-on inner gloves.
