Level 1 basics

STRIKING
  • Basic boxing hand techniques- Jab, Cross and Uppercut
  • Basic Thai kicks- Front thrust, Shin Roundhouse
  • Basic punching from the mount- 2 mins
WRESTLING, GROUNDWORK AND SUBMISSIONS
  • Basic takedowns- Low Single Leg and Low Double Leg (wrestling)
  • Basic floor pins- Mount, Cross Body, Top 4/4, Scarfhold (open and closed)
  • Guillotine choke and rear strangle
  • 2 min- Back to back grappling

Level 2 basics

STRIKING
  • Basic boxing hand combinations
  • Basic Thai kick/punch combinations
WRESTLING, GROUNDWORK AND SUBMISSIONS
  • Front rolling break fall
  • Thai neck wrestling drill with knee strikes
  • Wrestling pummel drill with knee strikes
  • Outer hook takedown
  • Reverse corner throw
  • Body lift takedown
  • Mount position submissions
  • Key lock
  • Vice choke
  • Cross arm bar
  • Rear naked strangle
  • Basic arm bar from the guard
