Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
UKboxingstore accepts most major credit and debit cards except Electron card.
Any purchases made by cheque will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared into our account. please allow upto 5 working days for cheques to clear.
All cheques should be made payable to UK Boxing store, with both the cheque card guarantee number and expiry date clearly written on the reverse of the cheque.
We regret that third party cheques or credit cards cannot be accepted.
Customers will be charged £25.00 in the event that any cheque presented as payment be returned to our bankers as unpaid for any reason whatsoever.
Any charges incurred from a debt recovery agency will be passed onto the customer.
Please call UKboxing store on 0844 8002294 to get more information on your purchase before you purhase as once ordered any carriage charge will not be refunded and we will charge for the collection should the item is not to your satisfaction.
Carriage charges will not be refunded on all returns for whatever reason.
Customers returning goods will not have the carrige they pay refunded.
All goods are subject to guarantee against faulty manufacture and defective materials. Goods wiil be exchanged or credit note or monies only if goods are returned to us in good condition and not suffering from damage due to misuse or excessive wear. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
Description and prices are correct at the time of going to the press but many are subject to alteration. We reserve the right to invoice at prices ruling at the time of despatch.

Shipping And Handling A. The goods will be dispatched by a reputable carrier, at a service chosen on checkout. times of delivery are estimated as accurately as possible but can be subject to delays out of our control and therefore we cannot be subject to delays out of our control and therfore we cannot be held responsible.
B. In the case of non-delivery or missing parcels, normal channels will be pursued before replacement or compensation is allowed.
C. Deliveries must be checked by customers before signing receipt from carrier. the company will not be responsible for goods damaged in transit if signed for with no reference to condition delivered in.
D. Any damages or shortages must be notified in writing within 1 day of receipt.
E. Signed proof of carrier required where complete parcel is damaged or there are shortages of items.
F. Ownership of goods is only passed to the purchaser when the full payment is received.
G. Where goods are lost, damaged or distorted after delivery, and the ownership has yet to pass, the purchaser will indemnify us against this loss provided it has not resulted from our negligence. |

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery.
